Return Policy
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on any food items. Non-food items may be returned within 7 days, however, shipping costs will not be refunded. Items must be returned in the original, unopened condition and must be received back prior to a refund being issued. Every effort is made to protect all items during shipping. We cannot be responsible for damaged items once they leave our facility. Please take into consideration prior to ordering that it is possible for chocolate to melt during shipping in the warmer months and for other items to freeze during the winter. Some candies may be slightly past "best by" dates; this is not an expiration date of candy; it is a date by the manufacturer, and any candy past these dates is not expired. Any food item that has a true expiration date will be not be sold after that date.
